2009 Supplier Showcase is Scheduled for

Friday, October 30th, at Albuquerque Convention Center

 

     Mark you calendar TODAY for Friday afternoon, October 30th, 2009, at the Albuquerque Convention Center, Albuquerque, NM, for the 3rd Annual Supplier’s Showcase.  The event is co-operatively sponsored this year by the four pre-eminent organizations for facility managers, owners, and engineers: New Mexico Facility Managers Network (NMFMN), the New Mexico Society for Healthcare Engineering (NMSHE), the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA),  and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).  Beginning at high noon and ending at 4 pm, here is the opportunity for one-stop shopping at a great venue where facility managers and engineers and their staffs will see the latest and greatest in products and services that will make running their buildings a whole lot easier. 

     Suppliers, commit NOW to showcase your company to a broad spectrum of decision makers from facilities ranging across the entire state. Facility managers, you get in free, and the icing on the cake is your opportunity to win a substantial door prize for your attendance.

     Here are the details:

     Facility managers: Attend the show armed with a pocket full of business cards—plan ahead!  You business card is your admission ticket.  Each exhibitor will contribute a door prize worth at least $50.00, and only facility managers or their direct reports--with their business cards-- will be eligible to win.

     Suppliers:  Your cost for a 3’ x 6’ table at the event is $250.00, ($350 for suppliers that are not members of NMFMN, IFMA, BOMA and NMSHE) plus your $50.00 door prize for eligible, card-wielding facility management only.  You may purchase more than one table space, and access to the exhibit hall is from 7 am until midnight the day of the event, with show hours from noon until 4 pm.  You may bring 2 “workers” per table purchased.

         Suppliers MUST Sign up by Friday, October 9th, to be guaranteed a table space.  All attendees will have access to the buffet snack table and a cash bar.  Supplier sponsorships are available; contact carolee@nmfmn.com for details!

How many tables will you reserve?  Each 3’ x 6’ table costs $250, ($350 for suppliers that are not members of NMFMN, IFMA, BOMA and NMSHE) PLUS a door prize valued at $50.00 or more (for company card-carrying facility managers/engineers/maintenance staff ONLY).

Please remember that the New Mexico Facility Managers Network booth charge is a separate transaction and that this fee CANNOT be processed by credit card. You must mail a check to NMFMN PO Box 66011 Albuquerque, NM 87193-6011 to be officially registered as a participant in the trade show.

Suppliers: It is YOUR responsibility to follow this link to order the electrical drops as you deem necessary to power your table or display. You will notice that payment is made DIRECTLY to the Albuquerque Convention Center/SMG Management, and this payment can be made by credit card, or by check.
