Title:               Lead Engineer Building Maintenance

Reports To:    Property Manager/Chief Engineer

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a High School diploma.

  • Must have 5+ years of related Building maintenance experience.

  • Perform Preventative and general maintenance work.

  • Must be efficient in the operation of all building systems.

  • Basic knowledge in electrical and plumbing repairs.

  • Build rapport and productive working relationships with tenants.

  • Be available for on-call after-hour emergencies when required.

  • CFC certified a plus.

  • Basic understanding of chemical water treatment and testing.

  • Basic understanding of HVAC Controls, DDC Controls and Building Automation Systems.

  • Able to follow directions and work independently.

  • Able to follow through with timelines and complete assignments/projects in a timely manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Primary responsibilities include all aspects of marketing, advertising, promotion, and client services. Administration and upkeep of the Deltek marketing and proposal database program. Writing, editing, designing, and printing for all proposals, marketing campaigns, collateral materials, press releases, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials. Word processing, graphic support and textual organization in the production of all proposals for Engineering, Architectural, Surveying and Construction Management.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and creativity as well as methodical and logical approach to proposal preparation tasks. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining all deadlines is a prerequisite. Minimum 5 years in marketing and proposal writing experience with an Engineering/Architectural firm preferred. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field a plus.

Position is temporary and 1 to 6 months long. Salary will be $18.00-20.00/hr.
